Alice in wonderland EOS lip balms

I recently heard that for a limited time, Target was selling special addition Alice In Wonderland EOS lip balms. Me having a huge love for Alice In Wonderland (the theme for my sweet 16) I ran out to get them.

These lip balms came in a pack of three and are inspired by Alice In Wonderland. They also claim to "Transport you to a lip balm wonderland." 

First off, the packaging is adorable. All arround the sides it has little Alice figurines. I was very pleasently suprised to open the package and find a little tea party scene inside the box. (below)

Now for the actual lip balms. The three flavors are Blueberry Potion, Watermelon Wonderland, and Sweet Vanilla Nonsence. I think the names are cute but I dont really understand how they cameup with the flavors. When I think of Alice in wonderland I certainly dont think of those flavors. (not that I really think of flavors when thinking about alice in wonderland)

Watermelon Wonderland, Sewwt Vanilla Nonsence, Blueberry Potion

The Packaging is the same as anyother EOS lip balm except that instead of just a thumprint hole, its shaped as Mickey Mouses head. Its a cute touch because of the Disney theme.

Watermelon Wonderland is the best smelling out of all three. It has a very fruity sent and smells very similar to the Honeysuckle Honeydew lip balm from the permanint line.

Sweet Vanilla Nonsence

Sweet Vanilla Nonsence Smells like a mix between wax and plastic. This one has a waxy outer layer but gets more creamy as you use it. 

Blueberry Potion

                                

Blueberry Potion has an almost sour smell. not a bad or good sour...just sour. It does have a berry-ish after smell (haha like aftertaste for your nose) This one has a very waxy consistancy and hasent goten creamy yet. It feels almost like vasiline when its on your lips.

While I did have higher expectations for these lip balms, I am still very happy to have them. I love the theme and the overall idea I just wish I loved the products as much. That being said, they are still great to throw in your purse or school bag and use on an every day basis.
